Mental Health Awareness Week
Its Mental Health Awareness Week this week from the 18th May until the 24th May.
It is hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, this years theme is Kindness. I think it's a perfect theme for the current world we are living in.
Be kind to others and Be kind to yourself.
Spend time this week reaching out to people, ask them how they are, really listen to their answer.
Spend time practicing kindness to your self. Take that bath, go for that walk, have that chat, write in that note pad, meditate for ten minutes.
Reflect on acts of kindness, share these across your social media platforms and through conversations.
An act of kindness can ripple through our family, our friends, our town, our country and our world.
